This video is a video of me mountain biking around a conservation area, were not really supposed to be there. It came about because we simply couldn’t think of anything else to do.

well its mostly me on my bike going really fast down hills and doing stupid things. If your not into Mountain biking then you probably wont appreciate it but it dose have some good shots. The best bit in the film by far has the be when I jump a log heading for the camera then Charles moved out the way to reveal a tree which I hit at high speed breaking my helmet and nearly my wrist too.
